Nestling peacefully on the banks of the Dean Water, this attractive and very comfortable listed former lint mill is set on 2 acres of ground and has a lovely riverside garden with access to free fishing and canoeing.

Lovingly restored and converted, it is separated from the owner's home by the mill wheel itself and offers an ideal setting for a relaxing holiday or for touring the surrounding area.

Among the numerous local attractions are lovely walks and cycling (bicycles provided), plentiful wildlife, salmon leaps, waterfalls and a farm trail. There are also four golf courses within 4 miles.

Nearby are the enchanting Angus Glens, before their scenic splendor, and Glamis Castle, 7 miles away, a childhood home of HM the Queen Mother. Edinburgh, with it's famous castle, is about an hour's drive.

The fair city of Perth, with its many amenities and attractions, is a mere 16 miles away, as is the nearest sandy beach at Broughty Ferry.
